About This Course
Food Microbiology Testing is a discipline that studies the detection techniques and principles of common foodborne microorganisms, providing an important theoretical basis for ensuring food safety and establishing relevant standards. Based on national standards and ISO standards for food safety, this course systematically introduces the basic theoretical knowledge and the routine testing procedures of food microbiology.
